2023 Leadership and physician advisor conference
The 2023 Leadership and Physician Advisor Conference (LPAC) will be an opportunity to share knowledge and learn with physicians and case management leadership. Gain new strategies when you join your peers from across the country to discuss advancing patient care. Cosponsored by the American Case Management Association (ACMA) and the Association of Physician Leadership in Care Management (APLCM), the conference will take place October 18-20 in San Antonio.
ACMA is comprised of more than 7,000 members nationwide and includes nurses, social workers, physicians and other health care professionals affiliated with case management. ACMA advocates to improve patient care outcomes.
APLCM supports the evolving role of physician advisors, physician case management and transitions of care leaders, medical directors and chief medical officers in the increasingly visible and evolving role of physician advisors in case management teams.

ACMA's discounted group rate for a standard room is $299 (for October 15-18) and $275 (for October 18-21). Discounted group rates are available until Monday, September 25, 2023, or until all guest rooms in the block have been reserved, whichever comes first. A limited number of rooms are available at the group rate for three nights prior to and after the conference, so we encourage you to make your reservations early.
Parking: The Grand Hyatt offers both valet and self-parking in their attached underground garage. Rates include in-and-out privileges. The self-parking fee is $45+tax/overnight and valet services are $57+tax/overnight.
