ACMA CONFERENCES Code of Conduct
Your health, safety, and experience is our top priority.
We believe our community should be truly open for everyone. As such, we are committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all. Everyone attending, sponsoring, exhibiting, volunteering, representing media, or participating in any capacity must adhere to ACMA's Code of Conduct for Conferences for the duration of the event.
Participants may optionally choose to wear face masks while indoors, in accordance with CDC guidelines. Disposable masks will be made available onsite for attendees needing a replacement or additional mask.
Attendees are asked to evaluate their own health and those they are in close contact with before considering traveling and attending conferences. Those attendees with a positive COVID-19 test, or who are actively exhibiting cold or flu-like symptoms, should not attend and should contact ACMA regarding their registration options.
ACMA is working closely with the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach and our contractors and exhibitors to ensure elevated disinfection and sanitary protocols are met throughout our event space. We will also continue to seek expert advice on up-to-the-moment health and safety direction from the WHO, the CDC, State and Local public health authorities, and recognized health and safety experts. As more information becomes available, these guidelines may change.
Please review ACMA's Code of Conduct for Conferences prior to attending the conference. Thank you in advance for helping us to ensure this is a safe, healthy and productive conference for all involved.
