Eileen Sullivan received her Master of Science in Nursing/Health Systems Administration where she was the recipient of the Seton Hall University Case Management Award and her undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University. Sullivan is Board Certified in Case Management (CCM), Case Management Administrator Certification (CMAC), Accredited Case Manager (ACM), and Milliman Care Guidelines (MCG). Her career spans service in the payer, provider, and community health care settings. Her expertise lies in utilization management, discharge planning, and revenue integrity. She currently oversees Denial Management at Atlantic Health System in NJ. Previously, Sullivan directed Case Management departments at Morristown Medical Center, NYU Medical Center, Prime Healthcare, and CarePoint Health Systems. She has also worked at HIP Health Plan and Horizon BCBS-NJ. Sullivan is a founding board member of the ACMA NJ Chapter, where she served as secretary, president, and currently serves as past president.

 

Danielle Salazar, MSN, RN

Danielle Salazar completed her Master of Science in Nursing Leadership at Grand Canyon University and is a member of The American Nurses Association, The American Case Management Association, and The Association of Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology. She is currently the Director of the Post-Acute Network at RWJBarnabas Health. In her role, she collaborates with the post-acute partners to identify opportunities that would increase communication and quality care across the continuum.  She has worked in skilled nursing facilities, acute care hospitals, and value-based programs, and has interfaced on the post-acute side working closely with skilled nursing facilities on key performance indicators to improve patient outcomes.


Karine Shnorhokian, MSN, RN

Karine Shnorhokian holds an MSN from Walden University and a BSN from Loyola University. She is the Regional Director of Case Management and Clinical Integration at CareOne LLC. and assists in several operational functions.  In addition to clinical reimbursement, she assists in identifying resident conditions to maximize treatment plans, as well as discharge planning.  Shnorhokian has been a nurse for 20 years; starting in the ICU, and gradually shifting to transitional care and now long-term care.  She has led several nationally recognized innovative programs including a hospital based inpatient mobility program; as well as a harmonica playing program for those with chronic lung disease.  Shnorhokian currently serves as President of the ACMA NJ Chapter board and is very active in her Armenian community leading educational initiatives on Holocaust and genocide education.
