Post-Conference ACM Certification Review Workshop (April 6 | Additional Fee Required | Lunch Included):
Are you preparing to become an Accredited Case Manager (ACM)? This 5-hour workshop is designed to provide the practicing Health Care Delivery System Case Manager with information needed to prepare for the ACM certification exam

  • Preconference Sessions (April 3): Learning Exchange and Platinum Sessions (2 CE/CMEs)
    • Learning Exchange: Choose from varied topics to match your needs. Speakers share knowledge and lessons learned combined with audience input and facilitated discussion format.
    • Platinum Sessions: Presentations of latest practices and hot topics impacting case management 
  • Main Day Sessions (April 4 and 5): General Sessions, Specialty Breakout Sessions, Solutions Rooms, and Accelerated Learning (11.5 CE/CMEs)
    • Solution Room: Interactive sessions leveraging knowledge of tablemates to identify rapid-fire solutions  
    • Platinum Sessions: Presentations of latest practices and hot topics impacting case management 
    • Accelerated Learning: Paired speed learning sessions joined for a Part A & B presentation
    • (Sunset Session) Learning Link Live: Real-time discussion to explore case management practice issues and identify solutions with collective input by health care professionals serving in diverse roles in various settings

Standing at the edge of the Front Range, Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center showcases the state's alpine charm and offers guests a welcome reprieve from the typical mountain resort stays. There's something for everyone to enjoy at this luxury hotel in Aurora, Colorado, including the Arapahoe Springs Water Park, the beautiful Grand Lodge Lawn with stunning mountain views, restaurants, bars, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and the world-class Relache Spa. 

ACMA's discounted group rate for a standard room is $284 for single/double occupancy, plus a resort fee of $28/night and applicable tax. Each additional person is an additional $20. Discounted group rates are available until Friday, March 9, 2025, or until all guest rooms in the block have been reserved, whichever comes first. A limited number of rooms are available at the group rate for three nights prior to and after the conference, so we encourage you to make your reservations early.

Parking and Transportation: Onsite parking is available; attendees and guests may choose from self-parking or valet. Self-parking is $30 daily, plus tax. Day guests are charged per length of time (0-4 hours: $10, plus tax | 4-8 hours: $20, plus tax | 8+ hours: $30, plus tax). Valet parking is $45 daily, plus tax. Overnight parking fees include in/out privileges for guests. (Please note that parking rates are subject to change.) 
The hotel does not provide shuttle service to or from the airport.
