CONTINUING EDUCATION
The 2025 ACMA & APLCM Leadership and Physician Advisor Conference will offer continuing education (CE/CME credits) and learning for physicians, social workers, and nurses.
Conference Objectives:
- Identify and implement strategies, infrastructure, and analytics to advance practice, demonstrate value, and meet health care needs.
- Apply clinical judgment and documentation review to validate medical necessity, appropriate level of care, and resource utilization.
- Explore innovative care delivery approaches spanning multiple sites for transitional care management and transformation.
- Apply case examples and best practices to address the needs of vulnerable patients with complex care.
- Manage complex relationships and develop collaborative partnerships between stakeholders including patients, health plans, health professionals, and providers.
EARN UP TO THE FOLLOWING CE HOURS
We anticipate that you may earn up to the following continuing education (CE/CME hours) for the Pre-Conference and Main Conference, and vary by discipline.
- 19 | Nursing and Social Work Contact Hours (50 or 60-minute hour)
- 19 | ACM & CMAC Recertification Credits
- 19 | CMPC Recertification Credits
- 19 | AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™
CCM - Through a collaborative agreement with the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) this activity and the corresponding ACM/CMAC credits are acceptable for CCM renewal.

METHOD OF PARTICIPATION AND REQUEST FOR CREDIT
Attendee Completion Requirements
- Must attend full session.
- No partial credit will be given.
- Must complete/submit an electronic evaluation.
Request for Credit (All Disciplines)
You will receive an email from ACMA 1-3 days post-conference notifying you that the electronic evaluation is available. Detailed login instructions will be listed in the email. Once you log in and complete the online evaluation, you will have immediate access to download and/or print your CE/CME Certificate.

Individuals are responsible for contacting their professional organizations and/or licensing authorities to obtain information on licensure, continuing education requirements, and requirements for acceptable continuing education courses, programs, and sponsors. Individuals are also responsible for verifying that the approving organizations listed above are accepted by their professional organizations and/or licensing authorities. Unless otherwise noted on the CE certificate, individuals are responsible for submitting their earned continuing education credits/certificates to the appropriate professional organizations and/or licensing authorities to maintain their individual certification(s), recertification(s), licensure(s), etc.
As required by the approval agencies listed above, ACMA maintains records and CE certificates for all educational activities for a minimum of seven years after the educational activity concludes.
