ACMA conferences code of conduct
Your conference experience is our top priority.
As we plan for conference, your health and safety, while enjoying an exceptional education and
networking experience, is our top priority. ACMA has given thoughtful consideration to create guidelines that ensure the best experience for all.
What Attendees Can Expect Onsite
ACMA's Conferences Code of Conduct serves as a set of guidelines to ensure that all participants - attendees, speakers, staff, volunteers, sponsors and exhibitors - engage in respectful, professional and inclusive behavior during the event. Please review the ACMA Conferences Code of Conduct prior to attending the conference.
For additional health and safety, all participants in attendance may optionally choose to wear face masks while indoors, in accordance with CDC guidelines. Disposable masks will be made available onsite for participants needing a replacement or additional mask.
Participants are asked to evaluate their own health and those they are in close contact with before considering traveling and attending conferences. Those participants with a positive COVID-19 or flu test, or who are actively exhibiting cold or flu-like symptoms, should not attend and should contact ACMA regarding their registration options.
ACMA is working closely with the conference venue and our contractors and exhibitors to ensure elevated disinfection and sanitary protocols are met throughout our event space. We will also continue to seek expert advice on up-to-the-moment health and safety direction from the WHO, the CDC, State and Local public health authorities, and recognized health and safety experts. As more information becomes available, these guidelines may change.
These guidelines apply to all attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and ACMA staff regardless of registration date. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these rules, please contact ACMA. Thank you in advance for helping us to ensure this is a safe, healthy and productive conference for all involved.
