We invite you to exhibit at the upcoming ACMA Arizona Chapter Conference in Scottsdale. In addition to providing continuing education, the conference also hosts an exhibition that provides DEDICATED EXHIBIT TIME for attendees to network with representatives from external organizations that provide resources, services and products critical to their daily work and patient care delivery systems. We hope you will join us in Scottsdale on March 8, 2025 and attend the premier event of the year for case management and transitions of care professionals in Arizona!

Payment Deadline: February 26, 2025

The payment deadline for this event is February 26, 2025.  Full payment must be received no later than February 26, 2025 or your booth will be released unless prior arrangements have been made. Booth registrations made after February 26, 2025 must be accompanied by full payment at the time of registration.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Full payment must be received by the payment deadline or your order may be cancelled unless prior arrangements have been made. New purchases made after the deadline must be accompanied by full payment at the time of registration. ACMA will not fulfill booths/exhibit benefits, advertising and/or promotion orders until full payment has been received. Depending on print/production deadlines, companies with new orders and/or late payments received after the payment deadline may not be included in event materials. Exhibiting companies with an outstanding balance will not receive access to exhibitor benefits or be allowed on the exhibition floor during the event. Please ensure that all fees for miscellaneous items (badges, advertising, etc.) have been paid prior to arrival. Fees incurred onsite during the event must be paid at the time of purchase.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Westin Kierland Resort & Spa is offering a limited number of rooms at a discounted rate of $390 on Friday, March 7, based on availability. The deadline to reserve a room within the block is February 7, 2025. Call (480) 624-1000 and reference the ACMA room block to make your reservation, or use our group booking link to make your reservation online.
