ACMA's discounted group rate for a standard room is $175 for single/double occupancy, plus a resort fee of $35/night and applicable tax. Discounted group rates are available until Friday, March 25, 2027, or until all guest rooms in the block have been reserved, whichever comes first. A limited number of rooms are available at the group rate for three nights prior to and after the conference, so we encourage you to make your reservations early.

Parking: Onsite parking is available. Self-parking is $20–$25/day (based on day), while valet parking is $40/day.
Please note that resort fees and parking rates are subject to change. The hotel does not provide shuttle service to or from the airport.
Transportation: Harrah's Las Vegas is centrally located on the Las Vegas Strip. If you're traveling from Harry Reid International Airport, follow signs for I-215 West, then merge onto I-15 North toward Las Vegas. Take Exit 38 for Flamingo Road and head east. Continue onto Flamingo Road, then turn left onto Las Vegas Boulevard—Harrah’s will be on your right.
